ADX2 for the Web

We are delighted to announce the availability of CRI ADX2 for Web Browsers. You can now enjoy developing interactive audio for your web applications with ADX2, both in native mode or while using Unity.

Using AtomCraft – ADX2’s user-friendly and advanced tool -, authoring audio that will play in browsers has never been that easy! Like in the version for game consoles, you can leverage all the classic features of ADX2 such as AISAC real-time control, categories, automatic ducking and so on…

When you are ready, simply select “WebGL” for your target and export the data. All sound data will be encoded in the AAC (m4a) format and packed in a binary CueSheet (ACB file).

You will be able to access the sound data directly through our JavaScript API. The table below shows the browsers which are supported:
